The article is devoted to philosophical investigation of such problem as «Man and Science». Scientific knowledge is viewed in the context of social and cultural factors. A modern enterprise has not only a function of production, but also a social function. Its aim is social help to workers and their families. In the article we describe main directions of the social policy in Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works Open Joint Stock Company, present some results of the sociological research, which was taken in Magnitogorsk. At the end of the article we try to show how the fiancial-economic crisis has influenced the activity of the plant and the life of a family.

Dayan L., Dupont B. Eco-taxation based on polluting capital, employment tax reduction: a fiscal strategy model for sustainability
Replacing the welfare cost by an eco-taxation based on polluting capital, the state can incite companies to invest in the technological trajectories for sustainability, the eco-links. This paper exposes a macroeconomic three factors model in which the jointed and combined determination of welfare cost rate and of eco-taxation rate can maintain the global price stability, guarantee the budget balance of the fiscal transfer and keep the state of the competitiveness price as it was before. The deformation of the function of production, caused by a direct tax system favorable to the non-polluting capital and to the labour, increases the purchasing power of the consumers in sustainable goods while increasing the volume of the employment. At the same time, it enables the preventive environment and health protection and insures the balance of the welfare accounts.

The necessity of new approaches to the theoretic-methodological investigation of economic processes is grounded. The work considers the «destroying growth» hypothesis and its impact on the country’s growth development. Special emphasis is being put on the analyses of the balance between free trade and protectionism, since these theories are the basic variety of economic policy influencing the Russian economy growth in modern conditions.

This paper presents an estimation procedure of regional labor market influence on sustainability of internal labor market institutions. The paper refines the categories of regional and internal labor market. Internal labor market institutions have been classified and evaluated regarding the level of their sustainability (basing on cases of the Sverdlovsk region city-forming enterprises). As a result the model of labor expenses evaluation is elaborated for enterprises concerned.

Ruzhanskaya L. S. Whether the board of directors is necessary to large Russian shareholders: cases of Ural companies
Paper deals with the analysis of features of board of directors (structure and procedures) under conditions of concentrated ownership. The dominating shareholders take a part in strategic management of the Russian companies. This situation is widely widespread. Substantive provisions of paper are the following: kept high concentration of the ownership brakes development of the «best practice» of board; improvement of a board’s work is accompanied by formalizations of this mechanism of corporate governance; the concentrated external private ownership is not a sufficient condition for effective monitoring by the directors, and can’t solve the agency problem; the main source of inefficiency is weak protection of the property rights in Russian economy; a board has a specific features in holdings: it carries out coordinating functions in a group besides strategic function and monitoring. The database was made with the interviews of 100 Ural open joint-stock companies, lead in 2006.

Sevasteyenko A. V. Cinema-identity as a phenomenon
In the article the cinema-identity phenomenon is investigated. Theoretical basis of the research is a number of ideas by Gilles Deleuze, Elias Canetti, Renata Calecl, and Camilla Paglia. The facts of the research are the cinemas: «The Dark Side of the Sun» (directed by Bozidar Nikolic), «Gattaca» (Andrew Niccol), «Total Eclipse» (Agneszka Holland). The cinema-identity phenomenon is examined by means of the analysis of the serial form and of the cinema characters identification principle. Convergence and divergence of various sexual series provoke the emergence of phantasm which has pendular structure. The points of convergence sexual identification series are sexual masks or sexual personae. Redundancy and — at the same time — insufficiency of phantasm constitutes the dual basis of the cinema-identity.

Culture of small ethnos is a difficult phenomenon for research. The author suggests appealing to the culturological approach when the traditional ethnic culture is considered as the text, and modern culture of ethnos — as process of its interpretation. The offered methodological approach allows to carry out reconstruction of the past and to analyze a modern condition of ethnos’ culture.

Lubutin K. N., Koryakovtsev A. A. Anthropology of religions miracles. Theory of religions miracles according to works L. Feuerbuch, K. Marx and M. Bulgakov
In this article the authors uncover anthropological nature of religions miracles, using by the way methods of Feuerbuch and Marx. They suppose that the nature of miracles consists not only of the human wish but in deny of labor in a wide sense of this word, in absence of practical activity as it is where it can not be — in process of creation cultural artifacts. In any way belief in miracles express the wish to avoid labor (and in such case the theory of the wish has the power here) but to save the results of the labor. It is naturally to propose that the wish was burn because of circumstances that make to see in labor the something alien. And this concern the Marx theory alienation of labor.
Talking about their looks they polemic with the famous ideologist of Russian orthodox church A. Kuraev about M. Bulgakov‘s novel «Master & Margarita».

Lubutin K. N., Kondrashov P. N. The delight as the constitute principle of historicity in K. Marx’ philosophy
This article is about some aspects of K. Marx’s philosophy of history that is fundamental parts of his integrates philosophical system along with philosophical anthropology and social philosophy. In analysis Marx’s doctrine about the essence of human being as the activity [Praxis] the authors point out that in the course of the development of the historical process the Praxis appears in two basic forms, which are the toil [die Arbeit] (is characterized by the necessity and the suffering) and the self-activity [die Selbstbet ä tigung] (is characterized by the freedom and the delight). Authors draw a conclusion that in Marx’s philosophy of history there is the alternative (existential-emotional) interpretation of the history in which the historicity is the gradual movement from the universal toil through the class division of toil and delight to the total prevalence of the spontaneous action (self-activity) and delight.

The paper treats Nietzsche as a physiologist and a physician for the mankind, who analyzes the state of contemporary culture through the prism of concepts the sick — the healthy. Health consists in following life, in free expression of the will to power. Sickness is the weakening of life instinct. Christianity alters the meaning of these concepts to the opposite. In its view, a man is a guilty and sinful being. According to Nietzsche, Christianity constitutes moral degeneration, as it contradicts the essence of a man — his life. Nietzsche pronounces his diagnosis for the culture. It is sick because it is based on the Christian moral values.

Kizima S. A. Economic myths of globalization
The article places the problem revealing of economic myths about globalization by means of which leaders of western project of globalization artificially constrain successful independent development of non-western national states and get the geopolitical control above them. According to the author, western project of globalization provides suggestion of some economic myths mismatching a real state of affairs about globalization to heads and elites of non-western states: 1) about its uncontrollability; 2) about necessity of radical reduction of MIC; 3) about necessity of disaggregation of great enterprises, because of their declared inefficiency; 4) about a priority of development of service industries; 5) about «entirely» market regulation of processes of globalization in the western countries that should be imitated by non-western countries.
